We are looking for a highly experienced Producer or Director to lead and drive Japan-US co-production projects in the fields of anime, music, and cross-border entertainment. This is a key strategic role responsible for bridging our Los Angeles team with top Japanese animation studios and creators to develop and deliver high-impact international projects.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle — from concept development and planning, through production coordination, to final delivery and launch. This position requires a deep understanding of both Japanese anime production workflows and Western market demands, while ensuring smooth collaboration between Japanese and American teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of anime and Japan-US artist collaboration projects

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese animation studios and production companies

• Manage project budgets, schedules, creative direction, and quality control

• Facilitate cross-cultural communication and problem-solving between Japan and US teams

• Identify new project opportunities in the anime and music entertainment space

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and artists

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience) Visa support available.
