This role will lead the development of a scalable software platform that serves both consumer and business users, balancing exceptional user experiences with sophisticated underlying systems and data capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the company's product portfolio.

  • Establish the core product architecture and ensure scalability across future products and services.

  • Lead customer discovery and user research across multiple stakeholder groups to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize product investments.

  • Translate business strategy into product requirements, user stories, prototypes, release plans, and measurable success metrics.

  • Prioritize and deliver MVP and subsequent product releases while balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products efficiently while maintaining a sustainable technical foundation.

  • Collaborate with commercial, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure product development supports scalable business growth rather than one-off customer requests.

  • Define and monitor key product performance metrics, including user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization, customer satisfaction, and platform adoption.

  • Build and scale product management processes, including roadmap planning, prioritization, user research, analytics, QA, release management, and feedback loops.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product organization as the company grows.
