Production Technician
Position Overview

As a Production Technician, you will play a hands-on role in manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication across a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities
Apply proper fabrication and assembly techniques to ensure precision and quality
Accurately interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and SOPs
Maintain dimensional tolerances according to specifications
Deliver finished products that meet quality standards
Keep workspaces, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
Follow all safety policies and contribute to a safe work environment
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and skill development opportunities
Support asset preparation and maintenance according to best practices
Adapt to changing project requirements and assist across production as needed

図面・技術資料・標準作業手順書（SOP）を正確に理解し作業を行う
仕様に基づいた寸法公差を維持する
品質基準を満たした製品を完成させる
作業場、工具、設備を清潔かつ整理された状態に維持する
安全規則を遵守し、安全な作業環境づくりに貢献する
会議・研修・スキル開発活動に参加する
資産の準備およびメンテナンスをベストプラクティスに従ってサポートする
